摘  要:天然气处理厂硫磺回收单元的液硫池通常采用钢筋混凝土结构,由于长期受液硫等酸性化学品的腐蚀,严重影响其使用寿命。对多种常规的钢筋混凝土进行对比和分析的结果表明,钢筋耐酸混凝土具有较高的机械性能和较好的耐酸及耐热性能,较之其他类型的混凝土,更适用于液硫池。选用耐酸陶瓷砖作为防腐内涂层,并采用合适的隔热耐酸浇筑料浇筑保温层,可增强液硫池的防腐及保温性能,满足天然气处理厂液硫池的使用要求。The liquid sulfur pool of sulfur recovery unit in natural gas processing plant is usually built by steel reinforced concrete structure,due to long-term corrosion by acidic chemicals such as liquid sulfur,its service life is seriously impacted.According to the comparison and analysis of many kinds of conventional reinforced concrete,acid proof reinforced concrete has better performances in mechanical property,acid resistance and heat resistance,which makes it more suitable for the liquid sulfur pool.Choosing acid-resistant ceramic brick as inner anti-corrosion layer material,and use appropriate heat insulation acid casting material to cast the thermal insulation layer can strengthen the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation performance of the liquid sulfur pool,which can meet the use requirement of liquid sulfur pool in the gas-processing plant.
