摘　　要：介绍了同煤集团塔山煤矿打造"塔山模式"循环经济、建设千万吨矿井的具体实践。认为,先进管理模式和先进技术对矿井科学发展提供了重要的保障,而先进的管理和成熟的企业文化为矿井安全高效和绿色和谐发展提供了坚强保证。The paper introduced the certain practices on a ＂Tashan Mode＂ circulated economy and a 10 Millions t mine con- strueted by Tashan Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group. The paper held that the advanced management mode and the advanced technology could provide the important protection to the mine scientific development. The advanced management and teh ma- ture enterprise culture could provide the firm insurances to the mine safety, high efficient, green and harmonious development.
