摘 要:为了探明海南7个逸生辣椒品种的亲缘关系,为地方辣椒种质资源的合理利用与科学保护提供依据,采用ISSR分子标记技术对采自海南农村的7个逸生辣椒品种进行多态性和聚类分析。结果表明:1)从19对ISSR引物中筛选出12对进行PCR扩增,共扩增出50条DNA条带,多态性条带45条,多态率达87.22%。2)聚类分析将海南7个逸生辣椒品种分为2大类,簇生椒归为一类,其余6个品种的遗传距离相近,归为小米椒+朝天椒类。3)按海拔进行聚类分析发现,低海拔对辣椒的遗传多样性表现出规律性的变化。The genetic characters of seven Capsicum varieties in rural areas of Hainan Province were studied by ISSR marker to explore the genetic relationship and provide references for rational utilization and protection of local pepper germplasm resources. The results showed that: 1) 12 primers selected from 19 ISSR-primers were used for amplification and a total of 50 DNA bands were obtained, including 45 polymorphic bands(87. 220%). 2) It was found by cluster analysis that the peppers could be classified into two major groups. The genetic distance of six varieties which had not clear differences except C. annuum var. fasciculatum were classified to one type (C. frutescens and C. annuum var. conoides), while the C. annuum var. fasciculatum was of another type. 3) According to cluster analysis, the genetic diversity showed regular changes in low elevation zones.
