摘  要:为了探明大蒜白斑病菌(Stemphylium solani)粗毒素液的致病机理,采用毒素活性分析方法,对大蒜白斑病菌粗毒素液的基本性质进行了初步分析。结果表明:S.solani毒素是一种极性较大的非蛋白小分子物质;经高温处理后,致病活性基本不变;在微酸或微碱条件下毒素较稳定,强酸性条件有利于加强毒素的致病活性,而强碱性条件下毒素活性有所下降;粗毒素液渗透势对生测结果无显著影响;培养液中的活性成分不能被活性碳有效吸附。官能团鉴定结果表明,粗毒素液中不含酚类、糖类和生物碱等物质,但含酯类和含氨基的有机物。In order to study the pathogenesis of crude toxin produced by S. solani, the basic properties of toxin produced by S. solani were preliminarily analyzed by toxin activity analysis method. The results showed that the S. solani toxin was a non-protein micromolecular matter with strong polarity. Pathogenic activity of toxin was unchanged after treated with high temperature. Strong acid and alkali could enhance and inhibit the activity of crude toxin, respectively whereas toxin was stable in weak acid or alkali condition. Osmotic potential of solvent did not affect the bioassay of crude toxin, and the toxin couldn't be absorbed by the activated carbon. Through testing the possible functional groups of crude toxin, the results indicated that there were some esters and amino compounds in the crude toxin, but no phenols, saccharides and alkaloid in the crude toxin.
