摘 要:为了建立务川野生淡黄花百合鳞片的扦插繁殖技术体系,以野生淡黄花百合球茎鳞片为材料,探讨不同层次鳞片、不同湿度和不同NAA浓度对淡黄花百合鳞片扦插繁殖成活率、腐烂率、繁殖系数、平均根数及平均根长的影响。结果表明:采用淡黄花百合中层鳞片,将花盆口用塑料薄膜密封进行保湿扦插繁殖的效果最好,成活率达86.66%,增殖系数为1.85;仔球形成后揭开塑料薄膜降低湿度,以利小鳞茎生根,也可在扦插前用50mg/L浓度的NAA处理鳞片12h以促进壮苗和提高种球质量。To establish the cutting propagation technique system of bud scale of wild L. sulphureum in Wuchuan County, taking the corm scale of wild L. sulphureum as the material, the effects of different scale, moisture and NAA concentration on survival rate, rotting rate, propagation coefficient, mean number of roots, and mean root length were explored. The results showed that the cutting propagation effect was the best when propagating with the middle layer scales and sealing the flowerpots with plastic film. The survival rate and propagation coefficient could be up to 86.66% and 1.85 respectively. After the sets formed, reducing the moisture by uncovering the plastic film was beneficial for small bulbus rooting. Meanwhile, the growth of seedlings could be promoted and the quality of seed balls could be enhanced by treating bud scales using 50 mg/L NAA for 12 hours before cutting.
