海南地区切花红掌‘Tropical’试管苗的移栽育苗技术

摘　　要：阐述在海南岛特有的气候环境条件下,由红掌‘Tropical’试管苗移栽育苗的技术,包括试管苗的移栽育苗质量要求、育苗需要的基本设施条件、育苗的环境条件、移栽育苗的步骤以及育苗管理措施等内容,为海南地区红掌‘Tropical’的育苗提供较全面的指导。The in vitro transplanting and cultivating techniques for plantlet of A nthurium andraeanum Linden cv. ＇Tropical＇ under Hainan climate conditions was stated. The techniques included quality requirements plantlet for in vitro transplanting, and the basic facilities, environment conditions, and the procedure for transplanting and cultivating, as well as management measure. The technique provided a comprehensive guidance for in vitro transplanting and cultivating plantlet of anthurium ＇Tropical＇ in Hainan Island.
