摘 要:为实现多种能源端口集成,提高逆变器的功率密度,提出了一种四端口高频逆变器电路结构和控制策略.该逆变器通过DC/HFAC/LFAC两级变换,采用脉冲密度调制(PDM)技术,消除了高频脉冲电压低次谐波,并实现了零电压开关.首先提出了逆变器电路结构,分析了PDM控制工作原理和电路工作模态,然后给出了逆变器电路控制实现方法,最后进行了Matlab/Simulink仿真验证.仿真结果证明了该逆变器控制策略的正确性.In order to realize the integration of multiple energy ports, enhance the power density of inverter, this paper proposes the circuit structure of four-port HF inverter and its control strategy. Through DC/HFAC/ LFAC two stage conversion and by using the technique of pulse density modulation (PDM), this proposed inverter can remove the low-order harmonics of HF pulse voltage and realize the zero voltage switching (ZVS). In this paper, the inverter circuit structure is firstly presented, the operating principles of PDM control and circuit working modes are analyzed, then the implementation of inverter circuit control is given, and finally, Matlab/ Simulink simulation and test are performed. Simulation results prove the inverter control strategy to be of correctness.
