B超在胎儿分娩计划中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的产前应用B超确定胎方位 ,查清臀位类型 ,预测胎儿体重 ,了解有无脐带绕颈及脱垂 ,了解胎儿成熟度及羊水量以便计划分娩 ,保证母婴安全。方法对我院 30 0例妊娠中期及晚期孕妇行B超检查 ,了解胎儿及附属物在宫内的情况 ,产后进行对照。结果产前检查 30 0例孕妇胎儿体重符合率 87 5 % ;脐带绕颈 40例 ,符合率 92 % ;羊水异常 41例 ,符合率 91% ;臀位类型 32例 ,符合率 96 % ;晚期妊娠出血 2 2例 ,符合率 97%。结论B超检查能对围产期胎儿作全面估计 ,临产时根据胎儿情况决定分娩方式及制定合理的分娩计划 ,可减少围产期新生儿死亡率和畸形儿出生率。Objective To determine the fetal position,if the cord around neck or prolapse estimated the fetal weight,position and maturity of placenta and the quantity of amniotic fluid with B-ultrasounic detector.Methods 300 pregnant women were examined with ultrasound at middle period of pregnancy and one week before delivery.The results were contrasted with after delivery.Results The average coincidence rate of fetal weight was 87 5%,which of cord around neck was 92%,of polyhydramnios or oligohtydramnios was 91% and breech position was 96%.Conclusion Ultrasonography could be used to evaluate perinatal state of the fetus and mother,deciding the correct plan and way of delivery reducing perinatal mortality.
