摘 要:利用阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)结构设计波导带通滤波器。该方法减小体积,又可以将杂散谐振频率向高端推移,从而增加阻带宽度,使得结构的设计获得很大的自由。最后,利用电磁场仿真软件对结构尺寸进行优化仿真,并实际制作一个中心频率为780 MHz(通带差损小于0.7 dB)的SIR带通滤波器。实测结果和仿真结果吻合良好,达到预计指标参数。该滤波器具有体积小,结构简单易于加工等优点。A novel stepped impedance structure (SIR) structure is applied to the waveguide bandpass filter design in this paper. The volume would be reduced and the stop-band could be widen while more freedom could be obtained in the structure design. Finally, the size of structure can be simulated and modified by using electromagnetic software. A center frequency of 780 MHz has been fabricated and measured using the proposed method, and the insertion loss in the passband is lower than 0.7 dB. and the results measured by experiment are in good agreement with that of simulation. The compact waveguide filter has many advantages such as small size, simple structure and facilitate processing.
