摘　　要：选题策划是编辑出版工作的重要环节,是地方高校学报形成特色与风格的重要手段,学报编辑须重视选题策划,在办刊实践中充分依托地域优势、学科优势、人才优势、经济优势,坚持遵循针对性、创新性、前瞻性、开放性、服务性的原则,才能彰显特色,办出精品学报。Top priority should be given to the subject plan in the editorial work. Subject plan plays a decisive role in the college journal＇s image, position and its own feature. In practice, when making subject plans, region advantage, discipline advantage, talent advantage and favorable economic conditions are supposed to be taken into consideration. Meanwhile, sticking to being specific, original, forward- looking and open-minded are also important to highlight the features of the journal.
