实时三维彩超引导下经皮穿刺治疗肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨实时三维超声引导下肝癌穿刺硬化治疗成功率的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析行介入穿刺硬化治疗的22例肝癌患者的临床资料。结果:22例肝癌患者的32个肿瘤行介入硬化治疗后,30个缩小,2个大小无变化,无一例肿瘤增大,无一例并发症的发生。结论:实时三维超声引导下肝癌穿刺硬化治疗,定位更安全、准确、快捷、直观有效,减低术后并发症发生率,值得在超声引导下活检及治疗上进一步应用。Objective To investigate the success rate of the treatment use liver cancer puncture under hardening guiding with the real - time three - dimensional ultrasound. Method A retrospective analysis of the cases in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011,22 cases of liver cancer patients with puncture sclerotherapy. Results After interventional therapy,32 tumors in 22 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma had different results, 30 narrowed, 2 did not change, no tumor increased, no complication occurred. Conclusion Liver cancer puncture under real - time three - dimensional ultrasound - guided sclerotherapy hadadvauntages in： positioning is more safe, accurate, fast, intuitive and effective to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications which is worth further application of ultrasound - guided biopsy and treatment.
