摘　　要：在信息化时代,图书馆管理工作应与时俱进。阐述了以人为本在图书馆管理中的重要作用,以及目前图书馆管理中存在的各种问题。结合存在问题,探讨了图书馆管理工作如何以人为本工作,体现人文关怀,服务读者,以使读者获得最佳阅读体验,实现图书馆的服务传播功能。In the age of information, library management should keep pace with the society. This article discusses the importance of people-oriented service philosophy and the various problems in the library man- agement, based on which it explores how to implement the people-oriented service, exemplify the humane care and render the readers best reading experience.
