温州市120名留守儿童口腔卫生行为的现状调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解温州市留守儿童口腔卫生行为的现状。方法从温州市三个区随机抽取5周岁留守儿童120人,同时选相应年龄段非留守儿童120人,参照第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案设计的儿童问卷并结合温州的特点,制定调查问卷,请照料者自行填写。结果留守儿童与非留守儿童的口腔卫生行为比较,差异有统计学意义。结论温州市留守儿童的口腔卫生行为差,留守儿童家长及学校、社区应重视这一问题。Objective To study the current situation of oral hygiene behavior for left--behind children in Wenzhou. Method Select 120 5--year--old left--behind children and 120 non-- left--behind children of corresponding age randomly from 3 districts of Wenzhou. Investigate them by self--designed questionnaire referring to children＇s questionnaire from the third national epidemiologic study on oral healthy and combining with Wenzhou＇s character. Caregivers filled out the ques- tionnaire. Result There is significant difference on oral behavior between left--behind children and non--left--behind chil- dren. Conclusion Oral behavior is poor among left--behind children in Wenzhou, which should be paid attention to by their caregivers, schools and communities.
