摘　　要：肾脏疾病患者本身或治疗过程中易发生感染,抗生素在其感染治疗中发挥着重要作用。在抗生素品种日益增多的今天,如何在肾脏疾病并发感染患者中合理使用抗生素已成为临床密切关注的焦点。本文综合分析抗生素在肾脏疾病并发感染临床使用中需考虑的各种因素以及各类抗生素的合理使用方案。Infection is often to occur in patients with kidney disease, especially during the process of treatment. However, antibiotics play an important role in the treatment of of kidney disease complicated with infection. With the growing variety of antibiotics, clinical nephrologists pay more attention to rational use of antibiotics in patients with kidney disease. This article reviews several factors to be considered in the use of antibiotics for kidney disease complicated with infection, as well as rational treatment of antibiotics.
