摘　　要：本文报告以黄杨宁(Cyclovirobuxine D)与地高辛联合治疗11例充血性心力衰竭取得良好疗效,显放者占45.5%;11例患者地高辛血浓度研究发现,治疗前、后的地高辛血浓度无明显差异(P>0.05),为临床长期、安全地应用该类药物组合提供了可靠的药物动力学依据。The patients with congestive heart failure which were treated by combination of digoxin with cyclovirobuxine D were described,with good result,of which prominating effect was 45.5%. Researchful result of 11 patients showed serum concentration of digoxin before and after combined treatment was not obviously different (P<0.05).Basis of pharmacokinetics was provided for using combined treatment of these drugs,with long time and greater safeness.
