摘　　要：目的探讨肾透明细胞癌组织中趋化因子受体CXCR 4的表达及意义。方法回顾性分析43份肾透明细胞癌组织为观察组,同时选用25份正常肾组织为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测两组中CXCR 4的表达,分析肾透明细胞癌临床病理参数与CXCR 4的表达的关系。结果肾透明细胞癌阳性率为62.5%,对照组阳性率为8.0%(P<0.005)。在肾透明细胞癌组织中CXCR 4表达阳性率与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径无相关性,P>0.05,与淋巴结是否转移,Fuhrman分级、Robson分期有显著的相关性,P<0.01,P<0.005。结论 CXCR4在肾透明细胞癌组织中为高表达,CXCR 4可能与肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展有一定的相关性,其可作为肾透明细胞癌预后的参考指标。【Objective】 To explore the significance and expression of CXCR4 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma.【Methods】 We retrospectively analyzed 43 cases who had clear cell renal cell carcinoma in control group,and select 20 normal kidney tissues in experimental group.And the relationship between the expression of CXCR4 and clinicopathological parameter of clear cell renal cell cancer were analyzed.【Results】 The positive expression rate of CXCR4 in control group and experimental group was 62.5% and 8.0%,P 〈0.05.The expression of CXCR4 was not correlated with sex,the age,tumor size of patients,and relevant to lymph node status,clinical Robson stage and Fuhrman grade.【Conclusion】 High expression of CXCR4 possibly may improve the genesis and development of clear cell renal cell cancer and can be used as an important prognostic index of clear cell renal cell cancer.
