摘  要:塔里木盆地奥陶系碳酸盐岩地层属于典型的窄密度窗口地层,常规钻井存在诸多技术难题,井下复杂情况频发,水平井常常因井漏溢流而被迫提前完钻。针对该区块地层特点、钻井难点及控压钻井的应用情况,对比分析了国产精细控压钻井与国外相关公司的装备特征,重点介绍了国产精细控压钻井装备在塔里木盆地碳酸盐岩复杂地层实施中的适应性、对策及应用效果,其中在TZ26-H7井创造了进尺1 476m的新纪录(水平段进尺1 345m,全井水平位移1 647m)。该区3口井水平段钻井应用的结果证明:国产精细控压钻井装备及技术能够适应塔里木油田碳酸盐岩裂缝性储层的钻井需求,有利于储层油气的发现和保护,可有效控制溢流、漏失等井下复杂对钻井作业的影响,减少非生产时间损失;国产装备的各项性能和指标均达到或超过国际先进水平,为常压压裂缝性窄密度窗口油气层安全钻井提供了一种技术手段,具备投入规模化工业应用的条件。Managed pressure drilling(MPD) was and is still driven by the very narrow margins between formation pore pressure and formation fracture pressure downhole in the Ordovician carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin.Regular drilling methods were always challenged by downhole complexity and frequent accidents and horizontal wells had to be completed earlier due to overflows or loss circulation.In view of this,aiming at the formation characteristics,drilling difficulties,and the application of MPD in this study area,this paper focuses on how the China-made MPD equipments have been applied there in terms of adaptability,countermeasures adopted,and final results achieved.A new record of drilling footage of 1476 m was set up in the TZ26-H7 well,with the footage in the horizontal section of 1345 m and the lateral displacement of 1647 m.Through the analysis of the drilling application in the horizontal sections of three wells in this study area,the following results are presented herein,First,the precise China-made MPD technology and equipment can be adaptable to the drilling needs for carbonate and fractured reservoirs,they are also beneficial to the discovery and protection of hydrocarbon in reservoirs,and are effective to mitigate the bad effect of such downhole complexity as overflows or lost circulation in the drilling operation,thereby to reduce the loss caused by non-operation time.Second,the properties and parameters of this domestic-made equipment have reached or surpassed the international advanced level of similar products.Third,this provides a technical means for safe drilling in the fractured oil and gas reservoirs by normal pressure fracturing treatment with a narrow density window.As a result,this domestic made precise MPD technology and equipment can be applied in commercial scale production of oil and gas fields.
