摘  要:柴达木盆地涩北气田地层胶结疏松、成岩性差、欠压实、易出砂,严重影响到气井的正常生产,多次试验结果表明单一的防砂工艺技术已不适用于该气田。为此,重点研究了割缝筛管压裂充填防砂工艺在该区的适用性,通过对割缝筛管压裂充填防砂工艺参数、支撑剂、工作液的优选以及施工方法和工艺管柱的改进,使其防砂有效率得到极大提升,工艺有效率在涩北一号、涩北二号和台南气田分别达到70%、100%、100%。生产实践结果表明,涩北气田随着单井产水量的上升,气井出水、出砂日趋严重,建议开展防砂堵水一体化、防砂携液一体化工艺的研究。The normal production of the gas well in Sebei gas fields,Ordos Basin,is badly influenced by the loose and unconsolidated formation with a poor diagenetic grade.Many pilot tests show that a single sand-controlling technology is not applicable to this study area.Therefore,this study focuses on the applicability of the slotted liners or screens for sand control in well completion in this area.In its actual application,the parameters,propping agents,and the working fluids were optimized,the operation methods and the sand control string were innovated,as a result,the efficiency of sand control is significantly enhanced,being 70%,100%,100% respectively at Sebei 1,Sebei 2,and Tainan gas fields.On the other hand,with the increasing amount of the water yield in the gas well at Sebei fields,the problem of water and sand effluent was becoming more and more serious.So we suggest that further studies should be turned to the integrated technology of sand control and water shutoff and/or fluid carrying.
