摘 要:纤维缠绕过程会在局部区域形成纤维束的起伏、交织,文章针对起伏区域纤维束的非正交性交织的特点,提出一种缠绕复合材料刚度的计算方法。通过算例,给出了起伏区域内有效刚度矩阵、缠绕复合材料壳体等效刚度的计算步骤。采用该计算方法,讨论了不同缠绕角及不同缠绕顺序对缠绕复合材料刚度的影响。结果表明,考虑纤维束的起伏、交织之后,缠绕复合材料壳体的刚度发生改变,特别是耦合刚度的变化更明显;缠绕角和缠绕顺序对拉伸刚度A和弯曲刚度D的影响不大,但对耦合刚度B的影响明显。Sections 1 and 2 explain our exploration mentioned in the title, whose core consists of: ( 1 ) the fila- ment-winding process introduces the fiber undulations and the nonorthogonality of the crossover geometry into thin cylindrical shells ; (2) the specific calculation steps for the effective stiffness of the fiber undulations and the equiv- alent stiffness of the whole filament winding composites are summarized ; (3) some important changes exhibited by the stiffness matrices, especially the stiffness coupling effects due to the fiber undulation, are discussed; (4) by u- sing the calculating method, the effects of the filament winding angles, winding sequence and filament undulating regions were respectively obtained and presented in Tables 2 through 5; these results are respectively discussed. Section 4 presents four preliminary conclusions.
