摘　　要：随着我国住宅产业化发展,具有较高科技含量的新型工业化节能住宅结构体系得到较大的发展。结合我国近几年来新型工业化节能住宅结构体系的发展,就目前应用比较广泛、具有代表性的几种新型工业化节能住宅结构体系进行分析,重点就各结构体系在构造、受力特点、计算模型的选择与简化、适用范围等方面进行了简要介绍,并提出了目前应用过程中各结构体系存在的优点和不足。Along with the development of our country residential industrialization, new type structure systems of industrialized residential of energy-saving get greater developed. Combined with several new industrialized energy- saving residential structure systems＇ development, which are widely used and representative in recent years in our country, it was given a brief introduction especially to the structural system in structure, stress characteristics, selection of calculation model and their simplifications, scope of application and other aspects, and then put forward the advantages and disadvantages in the process of using these structural systems at present.
