摘 要:以成都双流国际机场T2航站楼建设项目为背景,设计出一套空间自平衡加载装置,对工程中采用的2个复杂相贯节点进行足尺静力加载试验。在设计荷载作用下,节点处于弹性状态;在极限荷载作用下,主管发生明显变形,但节点极限承载力远高于设计荷载,失效模式表现为延性性质。同时,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对节点进行弹塑性非线性分析,将试验结果与计算结果进行对比分析,验证有限元模型的正确性;进一步探讨几种主管加劲肋形式对节点极限承载力的影响。研究表明,中心设置一块加劲肋最为有效,既能提高节点极限承载力,又具有较好的经济性和施工便捷性。The behavior and ultimate capacity of multi-planar complex tubular joints in the steel roof structure with CHS members used in the T2 Terminal Building of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport were experimentally researched. A special self-equilibrium spatial loading installation was designed. Two specimens with full scale of their prototypes were tested under monotonic loading. Under the design loads, two specimens were kept in elastic. Under the limit state, the chord of the two specimens deformed obviously and the failure mode was ductile. The non-linear analysis of joints was done by ABAQUS. First the validity and the accuracy of the FE model were proved by comparing with test results. Then, effects of several types of inner-stiffeners on the ultimate capacity and failure mode were investigated. The results indicate that arrangement of one inner-stiffener in center of joint can not only enhance the ultimate strength and improve the stress state of joints, but also have better economical efficiency and construction convenience.
