摘  要:目的建立金银花提取物中7种活性成分(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C)含量及指纹图谱同时检测的方法。方法以AkzoNobel Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,测定波长326 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果 7种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率为97.98%~99.29%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于金银花提取物的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the contents and fingerprint of 7 ac- tive constituents( neoehlorogenic acid, ehlorogenie acid, cryptoehlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A, and isochlorogenic acid C ) in honeysuckle extract. METHODS The chromatographic separation was achieved on a AkzoNobel Kromasil Cls column(4. 6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) , the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with gradi- ent elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 1 , the detection wavelength was set at 326 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RE- SULTS All the 7 compounds showed good linearity in the ranges of the test concentrations. The RSDs of the precision, stability and reproducibility tests were less than 3%. The average recoveries were in the range of 97.98% -99.29%. CONCLUSION This meth- od is simple, sensitive, accurate, and can be used for quality control of honeysuckle extract.
