摘　　要：阐述了安全生产风险管理决策应考虑决策人风险偏好的思想,在分析效用理论基本原理的基础上,以损失效用期望值为依据,提出应用效用理论进行安全生产风险管理决策的方法和步骤,并给出应用实例,具有较好的指导性、实用性。This paper describes the decision-making in safety production risk management should consider the risk preference thoughts of the decision-maker; based on the analysis of basic principles of the utility theory, and according to the expected loss utility value, it puts forward the methods and steps of applying the utility theory to carry out safe production risk manage- ment, and gives an application example, which have significance of guidance and practicability.
