摘　　要：本文从评价者心理调控的角度深入剖析了现有高校学生学业评价存在的缺陷以及由此所导致的责任分散效应问题,并提出通过构建多元联动型学生学业评价模式,进而规避责任分散效应。From the angle of evaluator＇s psychology, this article deeply analyzes the defects of the existing students＂ study and the consequent problems of responsibility dispersion effect. Also the article puts forward and builds the multiple linkage type on evaluation model of students＂ study, and then avoids responsibility dispersion effect.
