摘 要:在理论分析和数值模拟研究的基础上,将声波全波列测井技术应用到湖南吉首—茶洞高速某悬索桥塔基岩体灌浆质量检查中,利用声波图像,对钻孔附近发育的节理裂隙、破碎带和水泥砂浆充填情况进行分析。研究结果表明:结合地质条件,利用全波列测井信号属性参数的特征可以较好地表征裂隙岩体的充填效果;灌浆时水泥浆液在外压下主要沿连通性较好、延伸较远的裂隙向孔外岩体渗透;没有连通的裂隙则被忽略,或在灌浆压力下作用下劈裂而部分充填,形成不同的充填效果,呈现出不同的声波波场特征;声波全波列测井可以检查钻孔的孔壁及其附近岩体灌浆情况,不仅分辨率高,而且探测深度远远超过常规滑行波的探测深度,声波全波列测井技术应用于岩体灌浆质量评价是可行的。In order to accurately evaluate the quality of rock mass grouting, acoustic full wave logging images were used to analysis development of joint and cracks, fracture zones and mortar filling near the drilling based on the theory analysis and numerical simulation. The acoustic full wave logging technology was used to test grouting quality of some base rocks of a suspension bridge tower in Jishou--Chadong highway in Hunan. The results show that through analyzing the characteristics of the signal attribute parameters of the acoustic full wave logging, it is effective to demonstrate the effect of fractured rock mass filling. The slurry can infiltrate through the main cracks and extend further to the outside hole rock mass under the external pressure. Some cracks are ignored if they are not connected the infiltration tube or split and part-filled under the action of grouting. Different filling effects and field characteristics of sound wave appear. Through testing the grouting quality of hole wall and the area near it, acoustic full wave logging technology can provide the images with high resolution. The probing depth far exceeds the conventional sliding wave probing depth. It is feasible to use the acoustic full wave logging technology to evaluate the quality of rock mass grouting.
