摘 要:在分析烟气、窑壁和球团之间的传导、对流和辐射传热,煤粉的燃烧以及回转窑中球团的运动规律的基础上,应用轴向传热模型描述窑内烟气温度分布,应用横截面二维传热模型+轴向传热模型描述球团温度分布,建立回转窑三维温度场模型,开发三维温度场仿真系统,动态显示窑内烟气和球团的温度分布。研究结果表明:模型计算烟气温度命中率在90%以上。Based on the analysis of conduction, convection and radiation heat transfer among the flue gas, kiln wall and the pellet bed, the coal combustion and the movement of pellets in rotary kiln, an axial heat transfer model was used to describe temperature distribution of the flue gas, and a cross-sectional heat transfer model combined with the axial heat transfer model was used to describe the temperature distribution of pellet bed. A tllree-dimensional temperature field model of rotary kiln was established. Then, the three-dimensional temperature field simulation system was developed. Temperature distribution of pellet and flue gas in rotary kiln was dynamically displayed by the system. The results show that the hit-ratio of flue gas temperature is more than 90%.
