摘　　要：票据的高度流通性,国际票据统一规则以及不同国家票据法律制度的差异性,决定了涉外票据的相互抵触,并制约着涉外票据纠纷的有效解决,应充分协调各国涉外票据司法管辖权冲突,选择相同的票据法律适用规则,促进票据流通和贸易国际化,保障当事人的合法权益。It is hard for the foreign-related bills to co-exist due to their high circulation and the differences between the international rules and the law and regulations among countries,which constrains their dispute solution.Measures and policies should be adopted to improve the circulation and the international trade and guarantee the rights of each party in terms of a full coordination of jurisdiction upon the foreign-related bills worldwide and the choice of the common rules.
