摘　　要：结合地方性本科院校化工制药专业的特点,从如何培养企业需求的应用型人才着手,对化工制药类学生的培养方案、化工设计课程教学体系、毕业设计的模式、毕业设计的考核等方面进行了深入探讨,并结合实际阐述了具体的举措。In this paper, combining the characteristics of chemical pharmaceutical engineering by lacol undergraduate university, from how to cultivate enterprise needs applied talents. In chemical pharmaceutical type of student of training programmes, chemical design course teaching system, the graduation design patterns, the graduation design of assessment has been discussed, combined with the actual expounds specific measures.
