摘 要:以广西大学自育木薯品种新选048为材料,设置正常供水(A)、轻度干旱(B)、中度干旱(C)和重度干旱(D)4个土壤水分处理。在木薯块根形成期(5~7月)和膨大期(7~9月)测定净光合速率、胞间CO_2浓度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,并统计产量经济性状相关指标。结果表明,与A处理(对照)相比,B处理下净光合速率最高,木薯生长发育良好能达到高产水平;C处理下木薯生长发育受阻;D处理下木薯不能保证正常的生长态势。适度干旱有利于木薯产量的形成。Cassava variety Xinxuan 048 which bred by Guangxi University was used as experimental material with four treatments, viz.,(A)normal water supply (CK),(B)mild drought,(C)moderate drought,and (D)severe drought.The net photosynthetic (Pn),intercellular CO: concentration(Ci), stomatal conductanee(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) were measured during the cassava root formation period (May-July) and expanding period (July-September),and related economic characters were measured after harvest. The result showed that contrasted with treatment A ,the net photosynthetic (Pn) of B was the greatest,and production can achieve high yield; the growth of cassava was blocked in the treatment C; and can't ensure the normal growth situation in the treatment D. Moderate drought was beneficial to the formation of cassava variety Xinxuan 048 production
