不同铵态氮含量下水稻土移动有机碳的变化

摘  要:土壤移动有机碳的迁移和转化受到土壤氮营养水平的控制,氮促进有机碳的分解和呼吸排放,但是土壤的矿化受到高氮水平的控制。选用土壤为水稻土,在外加不同含量的铵态氮(0、40、80、100 mg/kg)并维持土壤的含水量为70%WHC(WaterHoldingCapacity)的条件下,培养4周,测定土壤的几种形态的移动性碳随培养时间变化曲线,试图选择出比较合适的移动性碳。试验结果表明,外加铵态氮的数量未对土壤的移动性碳产生显著的影响,在各种移动性碳的指标中,热水提有机碳(HWC)数值最大,KCI提取态的碳(DOC,Dissolved organic carbon)最小,微生物量碳(MBC,Microbial carbon)适中,两种土壤表现出相似的规律,故从本文的初步结果可以认为HWC包括了DOC和MBC,是一个比较好的移动性碳指标,且测定方法较MBC简单。Migration and transformation of organic carbon in soil movement controlled by the nutrient levels of soil nitrogen, nitrogen to promote the decomposition of organic carbon and respiratory emissions, but mineralization of soil by the high nitrogen level control.The selection of soil in paddy soil,conditions plus different amounts of ammonium nitrogen (0,40,80,100 mg/kg) and maintain soil moisture content of 70% WHC,cuhured for 4 weeks, attempt to select a more appropriate mobility of carbon ,several forms of mobility measurement of soil carbon with incubation time curve. The results showed that,In the variety of mobile carbon Indicators, Plus the number of ammonium nitrogen did not produce a significant impact on the mobility of carbon to the soil. The results showed that,the two soils showed a similar law, in two soils, numerical maximum hot water to mention organic carbon (HWC), KC1 extractable carbon (DOC, Dissolved organic carbon) minimum,microbial biomass carbon (MBC, Microbial carbon) moderate, can be considered, HWC including DOC and MBC, is a relatively good mobility of carbon indicators, and the determination method is simpler than the MBC.
