摘 要:通过测定叶绿素含量、总生物量、叶片含水量和草坪质量指标,研究了一种新型生物土壤改良剂在冬季对沟叶结缕草草坪的影响,结果表明,马尼拉草坪草的叶绿素含量和生物量在试验初期各处理间差别不明显,但是在次年4月初,施用1.9mL/m^2的土壤改良剂对于叶片的叶绿素含量和总生物量都有一定的促进作用;1.9 mL/m^2处理叶片含水量变化在12月份和4月份与其他处理差异显著。初步得到施用1.9 mL/m^2用量的土壤改良剂对冬季马尼拉草坪质量提高有一定影响。The effects of new biological soil ameliorators in winter for turf quality of Zoysia matrella were studied by measuring chlorophyll content, total biomass and leaf water content. The results showed that chlorophyll content and total biomass had no significant differences among the tested treatment in the early stages of experiment, but the use of 1.9 mL/m^2 biological soil ameliorators increased the Chlorophyll content and total biomass at early April in second year; the use of 1.9 mL/m^2 biological soil ameliorators had significant differences on leaf water content in December and at early April in second year. Therefore, the use of 1.9 mL/m^2 biological soil ameliorators was verified initially in our experiments to improve turf quality of Zoysia matrella.
