摘  要:为了研究江口县显齿蛇葡萄中二氢杨梅素和杨梅素的含量,为该地区显齿蛇葡萄的野生抚育提供理论支撑,以超声波辅助提取显齿蛇葡萄中的二氢杨梅素和杨梅素,高效液相色谱法测定二氢杨梅素和杨梅素的含量。结果显示,江口县不同地区显齿蛇葡萄中二氢杨梅含量差别明显,而杨梅素的含量无显著差异;其中以德旺乡、坝盘乡、太平乡梵净山村、怒溪乡地楼村、双江镇艾门坳村、桃映乡任家店村二氢杨梅素含量较高,建议将这些地区作为优质藤茶原料基地。To study the content of dihydromyricetin and myricetin of Ampelosis grossedentata from Jiangkou, Guizhou, and give the theoretical support for cultivating the medicinal plant in its natural environment, dihydromyricetin and myricetin were obtained with uhrasonnic wave-assisted extraction technique, and their content were determined by HPLC methods. The results showed that the content of dihydromyricetin of A mpelosis grossedentata had significant differences in different regions, but that of myrieetin had little differences. Dewang town, Bapan town, Fangjinshan of Taiping town, Dilou of Nuxi town, Aimenao of Shuangjiang town and Renjiadian of Taoying town could be considered as the base of good raw materials of Vine tea for their rich dihydromyricetin.
