摘  要:用1Х-10^6CFU/mL溶藻弧菌悬液注射健康无病罗氏沼虾,以无菌生理盐水为对照,分别在注射后6、12、24、48、72、96h时于围心腔采集血液制备血清样本,测定一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T—SOD)活力和N-醛(MDA)含量。结果发现:注射生理盐水后,NO、NOS、T—SOD活力及MDA含量整体呈现出先上升后下降再恢复至注射前水平的规律。注射溶藻弧菌后,NO和NOS活力呈下降趋势,12h后均出现上升趋势,NOS活力在24h时达到最高值,T—SOD活力12h内呈现下降趋势,之后出现上升趋势,96h时恢复至注射前水平,而MDA含量总体呈上升趋势。试验结果表明,溶藻弧菌感染罗氏沼虾后对机体相关免疫酶的影响较大.导致机体免疫防御能力减弱.The artificial preliminarily studied the changes of nitric oxide system and oxygen free radical (ORF) by determining the changes of the immunity enzyme activities in haemolymph of Macrobrachium rosenbergii at different infection time. In this experiment, each shrimp in infected group was injected with bacteria suspension with a concentration of 1×10^6 CFU/mL, while each shrimp in control group was injected with sterile saline solution. Hemolymph in both groups were sacrificed at 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h to measure activities of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and levels of lipid peroxides(MDA) after injection. The results showed that the NO and NOS of hemolymph increased significantly in control group in the initial time, but reduced from 12 h to 48 h, and returning normal at 96 h. The NO and NOS activities of hemolymph decreased in V. alginolyticus infected shrimps at 12 h post-injection, but NOS activities reached maximum at 24 h. The T-SOD activities decreased in infected shrimps at 12 h post- injection then showed an increasing trend. The MDA activities in infected groups showed an increasing trend but had no significant changes, except at 96 h. The results indicated that immunity enzyme in M. rosenbergii infected by V, alginolyticus was induced more significantly, which accompanied by weakened immunity ability of the shrimps.
