摘  要:通过在三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)卵巢发育期间投喂添加半纯化鱼油配制的含不同比例DHA/EPA(0.39、1.24、2.19、2.89)的饲料,并以投喂新鲜缢蛏作为对照,研究了不同饲料组喂养的三疣梭子蟹的肝胰腺组织学差异。结果表明,饲料中DHA/EPA能显著影响三疣梭子蟹的肝胰腺指数(HIS)和肝胰腺细胞的组成,随着DHA/EPA的升高,HSI先升高后下降,同时肝胰腺中R细胞所占比例也呈先上升后下降趋势;而B细胞所占比例随DHA/EPA升高而升高,在Diet4组达到最大值。当DHA/EPA比例为2左右(Diet3组)时,卵巢发育最好,肝胰腺指数最大,最有利于营养物质储存。The swimming crab (Portunus trituberculatus) were fed with the diets contained different DHA/EPA ratio (0.39, 1.24, 2.19, 2.89) and razor clam as control during the ovary maturing. And we found out significant differences of their hepatopancreas among diets. The results showed that the DHA/EPA ratio could effect the HSI and the proportion of hepatopancreas cells. With the DHA/EPA ratio increasing, the HSI and the percentage of R cell in hepatopancreas increased and then decreased, while percentage of B cell in hepatopancreas increased. When the ratio was about 2 (Diet 3), the HSI and the degree of ovary maturity of Portunus trituberculatus was the highest among all diets, and this ratio was quite reasonable for feedstuff of swimming crab.
