摘　　要：广东省政策性农业保险试点取得了积极进展,但随着试点范围的不断扩大,也暴露出一些问题和矛盾。广东省政策性农业保险试点面临政策支持体系不完善、补贴效率保障机制不健全、经营管理行为失范、农业巨灾风险分散机制缺失等困境。为促进广东省政策性农业保险持续健康稳定发展,必须完善政策支持体系,健全补贴效率保障机制,健全经营管理体系,建立农业巨灾风险分散机制。Policy-oriented agricultural insurance pilot in Guangdong Province have made positive progress, but with the expanding range of pilot projects, but also exposed some of the problems and contradictions. Policy-oriented agricultural insurance pilot in Guangdong Province is facing the policy support system is imperfect, the subsidy efficiency of security mechanism is not perfect, management misconduct, the plight of the agricultural catastrophe risk spreading mechanism for deletion. In order to promote the healthy and stable development of policy agricultural insurance in Guangdong Province, we must improve the policy support system, improve the subsidy efficiency safeguard mechanism, improve the management system, establish agricultural catastroohe risk soreading mechanism.
