小剂量雷公藤多甙治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：用雷公藤多甙(每日30mg)治疗32例类风湿性关节炎患者,疗程12周,可显著改善患者的临床及实验室指标。与常规剂量(每日60mg)雷公藤多甙治疗12周的结果相比,大部分临床和实验室指标的改进在两组间无差别;而小剂量组的副作用仅有皮疹及轻微的消化道症状,较常规剂量组明显减轻,无一例因副作用而停药或减量,因而值得临床上推广应用。Thirty-two cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treated with multi-glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii(T_2)in a dosage of 30 mg daily for 12 weeks.Significant improvements in clinical and laboratory variables were observed.In comparison with the results of routine dose of T_2(60 mg per day)treatment,there was no significant difference to be seen between the two treatment plans. Meanwhile,symptom of rash and slightly alimentary canal lower incidences and milder manifesta- tions of side effects of T2 were found in the patients of low dose group than in that of routine dose group.It is suggested that it is reasonable to choose the dose of 30 mg daily as the routine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis patients.
