摘 要:目的观察氯胺酮对人定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)θ频段功率百分比的影响。方法青年志愿者20例,均为男性,随机均分为两组,分别静脉注射氯胺酮0.25mg/kg(K1组)和0.5mg/kg(K2组),观察并记录给药前、给药后30s、1、5、10、15min青年志愿者QPEEG的θ频段功率百分比变化。结果与给药前相比,给药后1min两组各导联QPEEGθ频段功率百分比均增加(P<0.05),且K2组明显高于K1组(P<0.05或P<0.01);给药后5min达高峰,给药后15min恢复。结论氯胺酮可剂量依赖性地增加人QPEEGθ频段功率百分比,提示QPEEGθ频段功率百分比可能成为监测氯胺酮麻醉深度的指标。Objective To investigate the effects of ketamine on the percentage of θ band power in quantitative pharrnaco-electroencephalogram (QPEEG). Methods Twenty male healthy volunteers were randomly divided into two groups. The EEG samples were obtained before and at regular intervals following various ketamine injections(group K1 0.25 mg/kg, group K2 0.5 mg/kg). Power spectral analysis was performed to determine EEG variations. The changes of QPEEG θ band power percentage were observed and recorded the administration, after administration of 30 s, 1,5, 10, 15 rain in patients. Results The percentage of 0 band power of QPEEG increased in both groups with more significance in group K2(P〈 0. 05 or P〈0. 01). It reached its peak about 5 min after ketamine injection and declined to normal about 15 min later. Conclusion Ketamine can increase the percentage of QPEEG power at θ band in a dose-dependence manner, which suggested that the percentage of QPEEG power at θ band might be an effective index of anesthesia depth
