摘　　要：针对带蜡印花工艺存在的问题,系统阐述了带蜡印花的前处理、印蜡、用蜡要求、压花、染主色调、甩蜡碱洗、拉幅烘干、印花染料筛选和固色工艺等工艺要点;分析了影响前处理、印蜡、用蜡软化点的选择及活性染料选用和水洗退蜡等方面质量的因素,并给出预防和解决措施。Batik printing process on faric with wax is introduced. Aiming at the problems in present process, the key points of pretreating, wax printing and requirements, embossing, main-tone dyeing, wax cracking and caustic washing, stentering and drying, dye selection and fixing process are expounded. Effects of pretreatment, wax printing, wax softening point choosing, reactive dye selection, washing and dewaxing on printing quality are analyzed. The prevention measures and solutions are giv- en.
