摘  要:研究双二四硫化剂的添加量对复合绝缘子用混炼硅橡胶硫化性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明,随着双二四添加量的增加,混炼硅橡胶的流动性和硫化时间变化不大,硬度越来越大,撕裂强度和拉断伸长率越来越低,拉伸强度在1.4%之前不断增加,在1.4%之后趋于稳定。双二四最适应的添加量最终确定为1.4%。The effect of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide additive on the curing and mechanical property of composite insulator mixed silicone rubber was studied. The result showed that with the increase of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide additive,the mobility and vulcanizing time of the mixed silicone rubber keep stable,the hardness increase,the tear strength and the elongation at break decrease,it keep increasing before the 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide additive reached 1.4%, then it tend to keep stable. Finally,the amount of 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide additive was set to 1.4%.
