摘 要:针对无纬带缠绕芯体的复合外套避雷器在制成后出厂前出现的放置一段时间产生直流参考电压(U1mA)下降,0.75倍U1mA下的漏流增大的质量问题进行了现场调查,对有问题的避雷器进行了相关性能试验、解剖测试,根据调查、解剖、试验结果对原因作了深入分析,确定了该质量问题是由于部分避雷器生产工艺不够严密、无纬带质量波动、天气潮湿三个方面的原因综合而产生。在此基础上提出了纠正预防措施。Field investigation was carried out for the quality with resin impregnated glass dropped and leakage flow bec banding tape wrapping on the core problem of polymcr-housed arrester such as DC reference voltage (Ulma) ome large under 0.75 times UlmA appeared during storage after production, relevant performance tests and dissecting test were carried out on arrester with problem. Deep analysis was carried out based on investigate, dissection and test result, it was determined that the quality problem was caused by composite of three aspects of reasons: production process for partial arrester was not strict enough; the quality of resin impregnated glass banding tape was unstable and the wet weather. Based on above results, the correction and precaution measures were proposed.
