中国—东盟自由贸易区贸易、投资与中国环境协同发展程度的实证分析

摘　　要：首先回顾了现有协同发展程度的测算方法,然后基于贸易和投资综合发展指数构建了中国—东盟自由贸易区贸易、投资与中国环境协同发展程度的测算方法并对其进行应用,实证分析表明,中国—东盟自由贸易区贸易、投资与中国环境协同发展程度较高的行业包括服装皮革制造业、木材家具制造业、金属制品业、交通设备制造业、电器器材制造业和通信设备制造业等6个行业;协同发展程度较低的行业包括采掘业、造纸业、石油炼焦业、化工原料制造业、非金属矿物制品业和金属冶炼业6个行业。The paper reviews the calculating methods of the synergetic developmental degree. Then based on the calculation formula of trade and investment comprehensive developmental index, it structures and uses the calculation method of the synergetic developmental degree between trade, investment of CAFTA and China＇s environment. It shows that the higher level of mechanism of synergetic development includes 6 industries, such as fashion leather manufacturing, wood furniture manufacturing, metal products, transport equipment, electrical equipment manufacturing, and communications equipment manufacturing; and the lower level of mechanism of synergetic development includes 6 industries, such as paper industry, petroleum coke industry, chemical raw materials manufacturing, non-metallic mineral products industry and metallurgy industry.
