摘 要:DG的并网使得配电网由单电源供电的辐射状网络,变为多电源供电的复杂网络。仅依靠电流突变实现的三段式电流保护将不再适用,因此需要对配电网保护进行改造。对于DG下游的保护可通过改变其整定值实现保护,而对于DG上游到系统电源的线路相当于双端电源供电线路,需在原保护上加装方向元件实现方向保护。在定性分析DG并网对配电网传统电流保护的基础上,提出了一种基于正序故障分量的新型方向过流保护方案。该方案利用故障分量原理,分析保护安装处电流正序故障分量故障前后的相位差,得出正反方向故障的保护判据,根据保护判据判断故障方向,从而实现故障的定位。DG combined into the grid will change the original structure of the distribution network from the radial network supplied by the single power to the complicated network supplied by a lot of power. Three-section current protection will be no longer applied. So, the modification of the distribution network protection was carried out.The downstream protection of DG was modified by changing its setting value, and the upstream protection of the DG was installed to the direction components to realize the direction protection. Based on the qualitative analysis of the influence of the DG combined into the network on the traditional current protection of distribution network, a new direction current protection was proposed on the basis of the positive sequence fault component. The phase difference of current positive sequence fault component on the protection installation area from the fault unsharpened to the fault happened was analyzed using fault component principle, the protection criterion of the positive and negative fault was gained, thereby the fault location was realized.
