摘  要:针对HT300液压件在消失模铸造条件下的凝固特点,选用铬铁矿粉、石灰石粉及石墨粉作为耐火骨料配制适用于生产HT300液压件的水基涂料。通过正交试验,确定了涂料的最佳配比;选用干宝珠砂作造型材料;采用高碳、高硅成分,全废钢增碳增硫工艺及RECaBa合金孕育制备HT300液压铸件。试验和生产应用结果表明:生产的HT300液压件如泵体等,表面光洁、平整、棱角清晰、无任何粘砂、尺寸精度高,油道等微孔极易清理,力学性能和耐压致密性都达到要求。According to the solidification characteristics of liT300 hydraulic casting under EPC, a water-base coating for the hydraulic casting was prepared by using chromite fines, limestone and graphite powders as the refractory material. The optimum ingredient ratio of the coating was determined by orthogonal experiment. Ceramacore was selected as molding material. HT300 hydraulic castings were prepared by using high C and Si, recarburizing and resulfurization, and RECaBa compound inoculation. The experimental and applied results show that HT300 castings such as hydraulic pump bodies have smooth and clearly exterior surfaces, accurate dimensions; small holes such as oil passage are easy to clean; both mechanical properties and pressure-proof compactness have reached technical requirements.
