筋结点合谷刺配合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察筋结点合谷刺配合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫的疗效。方法将36例痉挛型脑瘫患者根据粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)进行配对,治疗组采用筋结点合谷刺,对照组采用经穴速刺,两组均进行康复训练。治疗3个月后使用改良Ashworth分级和粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM-88)进行疗效评定。结果对两组患者治疗后改良Ashworth分级比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),表明治疗组在改善患者痉挛方面优于对照组;对两组患者治疗后粗大运动功能方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),表明治疗组在改善患者运动功能方面优于对照组。结论筋结点合谷刺配合康复训练能够很好地改善痉挛状态,促进脑瘫患者运动功能发育。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Hegu needling at muscular node in combination with rehabilitation training in treating spastic cerebral palsy. Method Thirty-six patients with spastic cerebral palsy were grouped according to Gross Motor Function Classification System （GMFCS）. The treatment group was intervened by Hegu needling at muscular node, and the control group was by swift needling. Both groups received rehabilitation training. Modified Ashworth Scale （MAS） and Gross Motor Function Measure （GMFM-88） were adopted in evaluating treatment effect after 3-month treatment. Result After treatment, in comparing spasm by MAS, the outcome in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）, indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving spasm; the treatment group was superior to the control group in comparing gross motor function （P〈0.01）, indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving gross motor function. Conclusion Hegu needling at muscular node in combination with rehabilitation training can effectively improve spasm condition and promote the development of motor function in patients with cerebral palsy.
