摘  要:通过对羧甲基纤维素、滤纸和木薯渣的分解能力、产酶活性等指标比较嗜热侧孢霉、黑曲霉、康宁木霉、白腐菌等8株菌分解纤维素的能力。结果表明:这8株菌均具有较好的纤维素分解能力,其中康宁木霉、白腐菌、无花果曲霉水解圈效果明显;康宁木霉产纤维素酶能力比较稳定,且酶活性较高;康宁木霉、白腐菌、嗜热侧孢霉、无花果曲霉对滤纸和木薯渣的实际分解效果较好。固体发酵培养到第5天时,对粗纤维和纤维素分解率较高的依次为无花果曲霉(23.98%、20.76%)、康宁木霉(23.35%、20.22%)、白腐菌(23.08%、20.16%);固体发酵培养到第10天时,对粗纤维分解率较高的是无花果曲霉(39.22%)、嗜热侧孢霉(36.39%)、米曲霉(35.11%),纤维素分解率较高的是嗜热侧孢霉(42.37%)、无花果曲霉(39.99%)、康宁木霉(38.97%)。To compare the cellulose decomposing abilities of 8 strains, the decomposition capacities of carboxymethyl cellulose, filter paper and cassava residue and their activity were studied. The results showed that: the 8 strains had better cellulose decomposing ability, Trichoderma konigii, Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Aspergillus ficuum had obvious hydrolysis effect; Trichoderma konigii cellulase producing ability was relatively stable and high; Trichoderma konigii, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Sporotrichum thermophile and Aspergillus ficuum had better decomposition effect on filter paper and the actual cassava residue. In the 5 d, crude fiber and cellulose degradation rate were higher by Aspergillus ficuum (23.98%, 20.76% ), Trichoderma konigii (23.35%, 20.22% )and Phanerochaete chrysosporium (23.08%, 20.16% )and in the 10 d, crude fiber degradation rate was higher by Aspergillus ficuum (39.22%), Sporotrichum thermophile (36.39%)and AspergiUu oryzae (35.11%). The cellulose degradation rate was higher by Sporotrichum thermophile (42.37%), AspergiUus ficuum(39.99% )and Trichoderma konigii( 38.97% ).
