摘　　要：阐述了我国公共图书馆及其联盟发展的现状,通过对陕西省公共图书馆服务联盟现状调查及其绩效对比评测分析,发现了存在的问题,从提升服务辐射范围、完善规章制度、多渠道筹措联盟建设资金、整合成员馆馆藏资源、着力推进联盟特色资源建设、与商家合作搭建联盟"云"、培养图书馆2.0专业技术人才7个方面来改进联盟建设,以期促进陕西省公共图书馆服务联盟的可持续性发展。Through the analysis on the survey of the status quo and comparative performance evaluation on the public library alliance in Shaanxi, the article discusses some the problems. And it expounds from seven aspects to improve the alliance-building for the sustainable development of public library alliance in Shaanxi as follows： enhancing the service range of radiation, perfecting rules and regulations, raising alliance- building funds many channels, integrating resources for member library, focusing on the alliance for the promotion of special resources, cooperating with businesses to build the alliance ＂cloud＂, and training professional and technical personnel on lib 2. 0.
