摘　　要：目的:为肠外营养液安全、规范化配置提供参考。方法:检索和查阅相关文献资料及药品说明书,并结合工作经验,总结出肠外营养液规范化配置、处方稳定性审核和混合配置等相关的信息和措施。结果与结论:规范化配置应该具有规范的配置环境、配置流程、混合顺序和无菌操作技能;医师和药师应掌握影响肠外营养液稳定性的影响因素以及应采取的措施,开具合格的医嘱并进行严格审核。通过各方面的质量控制和相互配合,可确保肠外营养液的使用安全。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for safe and standard compounding of parenteral nutrient.METHODS：By retrieving and reviewing related literatures and package inserts,combined with author＇s experiences,related information and measures were summarized,such as standard compounding,prescription stability check and mixed preparation,etc.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Parenteral nutrient compounding needs standardized environment,compounding procedure,accurate compounding sequence and sterile operation skill.Doctors and pharmacists should master the influential factors of parenteral nutrient stability,adopt countermeasures,prescribe and check the prescription strictly.The safe use of parenteral nutrient can be guaranteed by the quality control and co-operation of several aspects.
