我院便民药房实施信息化管理的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的:为医院药房实施信息化管理提供参考。方法:在分析我院便民药房实施信息化管理需求的基础上介绍相关系统的建立与实践情况。结果与结论:结合主要针对购买非处方药品的患者的便民药房工作流程的特点,在目前已有的医院信息系统的基础上,运用Power Builder 12程序语言,结合Oracle 10g数据库,自主研发了医院便民药房信息管理系统。该系统包括用户权限分级管理、库存智能管理、医师处方信息提取、合理用药提示等功能模块;其实施提高了药品账物相符率,规范了药品管理流程,确保了用药安全,方便了患者取药。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the informational management of hospital pharmacy.METHODS：The need of the informational management in convenience pharmacy of our hospital were analyzed,and the establishment and practice of relevant system were introduced.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：By using Power Builder 12 programming language and combining with Oracle 10g database,convenience hospital pharmacy information management system has been developed on the basis of recent hospital information system,referring to the characteristics of working flow of convenience pharmacy where patients purchase over-the-counter drugs.The system includes many modules,i.g.user authorities classification management,storage intellective management,physician prescription information extraction,rational drug use indication.The implementation of system improves drug consistence rate with the account book,standardizes drug management process and ensures drug safety,makes taking medicine convenient for the patients.
