摘  要:开展通用装备单装信息采集及传输系统研究,主要是为了能够实时掌握装备的各种工况信息,如行驶里程、连续工作时间、使用次数、核心部件的状态参数等,以便及时掌握装备运行信息和消耗情况,掌握修理保养的时机,为装备维修保障以及作战能力储备提供准确数据;文章结合通用装备的结构特点,提出针对装备底盘及上装设备主要工况信息的采集和传输设计方法,该方法可以实现各类装备主要系统(部件)工况参数的自动采集、分析和传输;经测试表明,该设计可以有效采集及传输装备各种工况参数,为装备的信息化管理及检测维修提供辅助决策支持。The purpose to research the work condition information acquisition and transmission equipment for general weapon was to master the various of work condition information of general weapon. For example the mileages, the continuous working hours, the using fre quency and the state parameter of main components, in order to master work condition information of weapon and provided the accurate data. A design method was referred in this paper about the acquisition and transmission of the general equipment work condition combined with the configuration of the general equipment. This method could auto acquire, analyze and transmit the work condition of the main components of the equipment. It could provide the assistant decision support for the informationization managed and the maintenance of the equipment.
