云南省玉溪市农村居民住院现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解玉溪市农村居民的住院现状及影响因素。方法采用分层随机整群抽样,对玉溪市14205农村居民进行问卷调查。结果玉溪市农村居民的住院率为8.08%;应住院而未住院率为14.11%,经济困难是主要原因;住院率的影响因素是:性别、民族、职业、年龄和有无慢性病。结论玉溪市农村居民的住院利用较高,因此在制订卫生政策和资源配置时要综合考虑性别、民族、职业、年龄和有无慢性病对住院率的影响。OBJECTIVE To understand about the situation of hospitalization and influencing factors in Yuxi of Yunnan Province. METHODS Stratified random cluster sampling was used to investigate the selected participants. A total of 14205 rural residents were investigated by using a questionnaire with their health service needs and utilization. RESULTS The rate of hospi- talization in past year was 8.08%. The proportion of non-hospitalization for required hospitalization was 14.11%, and the main reason was economic difficulty. The influencing factors of hospitalization included gender, nationality, occupation, age and chronic disease. CONCLUSION The hospitalization rate of rural residents in Yuxi city was higher than the average level of the 4th National Health Service survey, and the influencing factors should be considered in making the health policy and resource allocation.
